Thrifting, Organizing, & Whataburger -Daily Diary-

 Hey y'all! Today I thought I'd share a Daily Diary post! Haven't really done one of these in awhile. Today was warmer than previous days, it got into the low 50's which was nice! It's been in the low 40's/high 30's so pretty chilly, but today was warmer and sunny. 

My mom and I loaded up the car with stuff that I've decluttered and decided to give away to Savers. I'm cleaning out my room, office, closets, and bathroom and redecorating and making everything nice, clean, and pretty! So the car was full of stuff and we headed to Savers. After we donated, we browsed around and I found The Devil Wears Prada on DVD! I have a little DVD collection of my favorites and I adore The Devil Wears Prada! Such a good movie, especially to rewatch. I also found a Harry Potter cookbook, perfect for my mom because she loves Harry Potter, and perfect for me because I love trying out new recipes. I also found a Forever 21 navy blue dress, with flouncy off the shoulder sleeves and gold flowers on it. I love it, I will be wearing it all next summer and fall. 

Then we headed to Hobby Lobby where we looked at all the Christmas decorations and I tried finding a cheap planner that I liked, but failed. It was sooo busy in there, everyone was shopping for Christmas decor. My mom got a few cute decor pieces and some more ornaments for our tree! Then we headed home. 

Pippa, my dog, was SO happy we were back, as usual lol. We had to give her lots of petting and then we put everything away, had lunch and I got to work on a new drawing. I got an idea to incorporate words into my art, so you shall see what I come up with! My art instagram is at artbyalette if you want to see sneak peeks of my work first! 

I did some dishes, a few other chores around the house, got the mail, took Pippa out for potty while the sun was super warm and shining. It was nice. I did some more organizing in my rooms (I'm waiting on some shelving to come so I can really start putting stuff away properly, should be here this weekend). Then my brother ordered us all Whataburger for dinner, which was super nice of him. I had a cheeseburger and fries. 

Now I'm chilling out blogging, listening to some music, and will be working on other art projects tonight. I also need to see my Spotify Wrapped tonight, it came out today! I'll do a post on that tomorrow, I love seeing what other people got, it's so fun.
