A Cozy Christmas -Holiday 2020 Recap-

 

Hi everyone and belated Happy Holidays! I hope you all had a great time this year even if things are different, perhaps smaller and less festive than previous years or without family and friends present. I know things are really hard this time of year even without a pandemic, so please be gentle with yourselves and hang in there. Good things are coming!

My Christmas was really nice. It was just me and my mom, dad, and brother since we all live together. Which I'm very grateful for because I know a lot of people are separated right now! We had a small yet cozy Christmas filled with fun and food. We played a Christmas trivia game, cooked some of our favorite foods, and had sweet treats. 

Also, my mom did a splendid job decorating around our house for Christmas! I did photo collages above and below for you all to see her handiwork! You can see the full photos on my instagram @bookishmunchkin. 

One of our Christmas traditions is that we open presents Christmas Eve night, which I have always loved doing. It's just more fun and cozy to do at night. We open our stockings on Christmas morning, which is also a ton of fun! What are some of your Christmas or Holiday traditions? I'd love to know! I got my dad Glacial Essence Bvlgari cologne (anyone shopping for a man, here's a tip: men are raving about this cologne!). I got my mom Jo Malone mini perfume which she also loved! 

I'll do a post tomorrow showing what I got for Christmas! I was so grateful for everything and really very blessed. All I wanted this year was health for my family! This year has been weird for all and horrific for many; I'm very happy it's drawing to a close. Hopefully 2021 treats us much better. 

I also did my manifestations on Yule, which was fun. It was grounding and centering. I will be doing a manifestation ritual how to post soon! Tomorrow for NYE, I'm just going to be chilling out, playing some video games, watching movies, and eating yummy food. Have you noticed good food makes everything a little better lol??
