Weekly Gratitude List



Hey y'all! Today is Sunday, which means it's gratitude list day. I highly recommend you pick a day to write down the week's gratitudes, it makes you feel so good. 

1. I'm grateful for the ability to work out and zone out during it. Working out makes me feel so good physically and mentally and I spend the time visualizing the future and fun daydreams. Highly beneficial. 

2. I'm grateful I have such a strong, wonderful family and that we're always there for each other. A lot of people don't have that, so I definitely don't take it for granted.

3. I'm grateful that I discovered coloring years ago for my anxiety and creativity. I do it everyday now and it never fails to help calm down my anxiety and boost up my creativity. Plus everything is so pretty when finished!

4. I'm grateful for the warm sunshine and bright days. When going through a hard time, weather can make or break your attitude, so I really appreciate the burst of summery weather this year. It's making me feel good. 

5. I'm grateful my brother found an awesome job that is giving him confidence and making him happy. It's so good to see people thrive in new situations, I'm very happy for him!
