Mermaid Birthday Party & Seeing The Nutcracker Movie

Hey y'all! Today I'm showing off my mermaid birthday party that I had this weekend! But first, I just wanted to say that today I went to see The Nutcracker movie and I highly recommend everyone to go see it. It's absolutely stunning visually and musically, the story is lovely, and the ballet parts are absolutely amazing. If you have kids, they'll love the movie too! It's perfect to see now that the weather is chilly and the holidays are coming up.

Now, for my mermaid party. First of all, I have to thank my amazing mom for decorating and putting all of this together. It completely surprised and delighted me and made my day really special! There were balloons everywhere and several huge mermaid balloons that were adorable! Banners and garlands were hung and the table had a sea theme of ephemera. 

My gifts were wrapped with mermaid style wrapping and my cake was mermaid themed as well! I even did my makeup mermaid themed for the day with sparkly blue eyeshadow and deep blue lips. 

It was such a fun day and I'm incredibly grateful for my wonderful family and how much they love and support me. My 25th birthday party will be one that I remember forever :)
