China Rich Girlfriend Book Review & November Wrap Up

 Hi bookworms! Long time no see! And Happy December! I am back and at it, so get ready for more posts and rambles! Today I thought a good post would be a review of China Rich Girlfriend and a wrap up of everything that went on in November. Let's get into it!

China Rich Girlfriend by Kevin Kwan, is the second book in the Crazy Rich Asians series. I adored Crazy Rich Asians and had high hopes for China Rich Girlfriend. I wasn't let down at all; I loved China Rich Girlfriend! I give it a full 5 stars! All the points of view were done so very well. Every side character was well fleshed out. I enjoyed seeing Rachel's journey to be closer to her father and brother. I loved reading about Astrid sticking up for herself. I liked reading about Kitty and learning more about her and her struggles. And the ending was so so good and a shock! I was so surprised at how serious the book was at times, but that's what I love about Kevin Kwan's writing, they mix frivolity and luxury with serious issues. I'm now reading the third and final book in the trilogy and can't wait to see what happens next. 

November was a weird month. I was in a funk and stressed, even though it was my birthday month and Thanksgiving. My birthday was amazing! I'm so grateful to have such a loving family that is so generous and sweet to me. I got a Nintendo Switch and some games, all of which I've been enjoying so immensely! Thanksgiving was a nice and quiet event. We had lots of yummy food!

I feel much happier now to be in December! I LOVE Christmas time and am excitedly counting down the days. I've got all my Christmas shopping done already; I just need to wrap the presents now! We have decorated already and cheerful multicolored lights were put up on our house just today! 

I'm going to be a lot more active on my blog now and I have some exciting news to share with y'all soon! I can't wait! Hope you're all doing well and staying safe and enjoying the holidays. I'll talk to ya soon!
