What I'm Currently Reading On My Kindle
Hey y'all! Today I decided to show what I've been reading on my Kindle! I'll give a brief description of each book as well :) Also, all of the books I'm reading can be found for free through Kindle Unlimited. I highly recommend this service!
First up, Fated by Kaylin Lee. This is a Cinderella retelling where, guess what, the stepmother and stepsisters AREN'T evil! I'm really enjoying this and the world that the author created, it's unlike any other Cinderella retelling I've read.
Chameleon by Tasche Laine. I barely started this thriller, but all I know is that the man in it is bad and he goes from woman to woman, trying to mold her to fit his likes and then WHAM! Some disaster happens. I'll keep you posted about this book.
The Book of Flora by Med Elison. This is the third book in the Book of the Unnamed Midwife series and like the previous two, it's SO GOOD! This book follows Flora and an alternating timeline of her life. Flora was a previous character in the Book of Etta and I love her dearly. I already know I'm going to adore this book.
Then we have Reluctant Concubine by Dana Marton. This is about a young woman who is part of a long line of healers. She is stolen from her homeland and forced to be a slave in a distant land. I'm only about 20% of the way through of it but I love how easily the story flows.
I'm over halfway through Stolen Princess by Nikki Jefford. This is about an elven woman and her younger sister trying to start a new life together. But the elven woman's past catches up with her and her former life in the Fae world comes back to haunt her. Really love the world in this book and how feisty and strong the sisters are.
I haven't read this book yet, but A Madness So Discreet by Mindy McGinnis has been on my list for awhile. This is about a girl who is locked in an asylum and has trouble with mental health. However, a detective (I think) notices how brilliant her mind is and enlists her help in solving crimes. I'm really excited to start this book and see how the mental health aspect is written.
The Infinite Pieces of Us by Rebekah Crane is about a girl and her family moving from Ohio to New Mexico and dealing with adjusting to that. Something has happened in the girl's past which caused the move, but I haven't gotten to that part yet.
The Upside of Falling Down by Rebekah Crane is about a girl who survives a plane crash in Ireland and is suffering from amnesia. She has to try and figure out who she is, what she likes, and what to do now.
And lastly is No Man Can Tame by Miranda Honfleur. I haven't read much of this book, but I think it has to do with elves and romance set in a fantasy Italian setting. Very cool!
Those are the Kindle books I'm reading! I'm almost done with Radioactive Evolution so expect a review on that soon! Hope you're all having a great day and I'll see ya soon!
