Weekly Wrap Up & Ramblings



Hey y'all, Happy Saturday! I hope you're all having a great weekend :) I spent the day writing up my previous post (about cooling skincare for the summer), coloring, YouTube, and spending time with family. I was feeling a bit out of sorts today mentally and physically, so I also took a nap and kept things calm. 

This past week was a great week, work wise. I've been blogging a lot each day and I will continue to do so! I'm proud of myself! I'm back in my groove and feeling happy where I am and with my gift of blogging. I also got back into working out, even if it's just for a little bit each day. It all adds up and helps the mind and body! We went to the library where I checked out 7 books, 6 of which are awesome (I gave up on one of the books and gave it 1 star). My mental health was pretty good this week too with little depression, lots of anxiety (as usual), and really no hallucinations except at night. 

Today though, I feel kinda down and very tired even though I took my nap and have been taking it easy. However I see my therapist and psychiatrist in a week, so no fears, it's all good. Today my goodreads giveaway book came in the mail all the way from NYC! I'm so excited and am going to do a blog post all about it! Yay for book mail! 

I'm happy to say the summer weather is back and all the snow is melted and disappeared. This week of weird, cold weather is gone, yay! I hope y'all had a good week and I'll see ya soon!
