Currently Reading on Kindle & Weekly Planner Spread

Hey y'all! I thought I'd do a double post for today, surprise! I wanted to show you my festive weekly planner spread and talk about what I'm currently reading on my kindle.

First up, Kindle! I'm lucky enough to have Kindle Unlimited and honestly it's such a good deal and I read my weight in books so it's worth the money. For $10 a month you can read for free any kindle unlimited book. You can "borrow" up to 10 kindle unlimited books at a time.

Up above is what I'm currently reading, I'll just talk about a few of them very briefly.

I actually just finished The Daughters of Palantine Hill by Phyllis T. Smith. It was a great book giving a peek inside the lives of Augustus Caeser's wife, Livia, his daughter, Julia, and Cleopatra Selene, Cleopatra's daughter. I have never read about any of these women and they were all fascinating and inspiring each in their own way. I'm definitely going to read more about them.

Hardacre is a British historical saga about the Hardacre family who rises in wealth and status from being a fish gutting family to a business owning family. I'm only about a quarter of the way through but it's really good and entertaining. I love rags to riches stories.

Magic Bitter, Magic Sweet is YA Fantasy about a girl who can bake emotions and feelings into food. She has cakes that make you feel in love and bread that gives you strength. It's such an awesome concept and I love seeing what this girl comes up with in her baking. I'm not very far into it yet but I have a feeling something big is about to happen to her!

For my weekly planner spread, I did a festive red, white, and blue theme for 4th of July!

I did a whole column of sticker decoration for the 4th. Cute isn't it?! This week is lowkey, just going to be working on my blog and writing poetry and outlining my short story book.

As usual, I left the bottom row blank to write in at the end of each day highlighting what I did :)

Well, I'm off to write some poetry and outline my short story book. I hope y'all are having a great start to the week and I'll see ya soon!

Alette
