Planner Spread & Being Gentle With Yourself

Hello everyone! Welcome to another week here on the blog :) Today has been very quiet, I went grocery shopping with my mom and had lunch and then I took a very long nap lol. Yep, that's literally all I've done today, I know, I know, I'm lame! I really haven't been feeling well, so I'm taking it easy. More on that later. 


Here's my crazy planner spread for this week! Lots of stickers and colors and patterns! I don't have any appointments this week luckily! I'll just be busy blogging, doing my art, and reading! I've also scheduled in self care everyday since I haven't been feeling my best and I need to take care of myself.


Speaking of taking care of yourself, I wanted to talk about how you NEED to be gentle with yourself when dealing with a chronic illness. Don't feel bad or ashamed about needing to sleep more, eat more, take days off work or school, etc. Society tells us to feel bad about these things, but society is wrong! Being gentle and understanding with ourselves is an act of loving care. We need that and deserve that, so please, give yourself that gift! I know it's easier said than done; I get frustrated with myself occasionally. But most of the time, I know I'm doing my best! And I know you are too :)
