Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is a very special day...it's my mommy's birthday! I'm dedicating this post to her and unveiling my blog to her (finally). 

I know everyone says their mom is the best but I have to say, mine truly is. I was so blessed to have been given her as a mother and I thank God for it everyday. My mom is the strongest person I know, she's been through so many obstacles and tragedies and yet she's the happiest, sweetest, and funniest person I know as well. To see her face life's challenges head on with a smile and a laugh is so inspiring and admirable. 

She is the most caring and intuitive mother I've ever come across. My mom took such joy and happiness in raising me and my brother and always made us feel special, loved, and understood. I am so thankful for being raised like that because it truly is a special blessing. 

Everyone that meets my mom loves her and is charmed by her. She can make even the grumpiest person laugh and feel at ease. I call her the child and animal whisperer because she is loved by literally every kid and animal known to man! 

My mom blessed me with creativity and imagination, which I think is the greatest gift you can get. She's always creating something beautiful and wowing everyone that sees it. No art project is too big or small for her to accomplish!

My mom has been there for me through all of my mental health issues and obstacles and she never fails to listen to my worries and concerns and always makes me feel even the tiniest bit better. Without her, I would not be here. She has given me her strength in the darkest of times and always shown me the light. I can never repay her for that; I'll always be grateful. 

So, mom, here's to you! *raises a glass* I hope you always know how loved, respected, and cherished you are. You are so special to so many people, never forget that. I wish you the greatest happiness because you deserve that and more! I love you so very much. Happy Birthday mom :)
