Favorite Time of Year & A Chill Day! -Diary Entry-

Hey everyone! I still can't believe it's December already and it's going by so fast to me! I absolutely love December and the Christmas time of year. Everything is so cozy and cheerful, and it's helping me take my mind off of the serious things for a change! I wanted to do Blogmas this year, but honestly, I don't really have the energy after this hell of a year we've had. But I will do my best in posting more often now!

The weather is officially cold (and we even got some flurries the other day, which was awesome). I love going on quick walks outside and just drinking the fresh air in. I also love that feeling of waking up super early, when it's still dark and freezing out, and just snuggling back into bed. My cats have been doing nothing but snuggling in their beds with their faces tucked down in the fur lining and of course, begging for treats and food lol. They are in full hibernation mode haha!

Today was a chill day for me! I woke up early and got some reading done. I blogged on my other book blogs (which I'll have linked below to the latest posts so y'all can check them out!). I took a much needed nap after waking up at 5:30 am. We ordered in dinner tonight and I had a yummy hamburger from a local pizza place. Right now, I'm waiting for our groceries to be delivered so I can put them away. Just a cozy, chill day! I need to do some art and writing tonight, if I have the energy, but I might just do that tomorrow.

On my other book blogs, I have done a review of one of Sarah J Maas's novellas, talked about some current romance reads, and some current historical fiction reads! I've been reading a lot of historical fiction lately, everything from the Oregon Trail to the Tudors, so I've been having fun! Here they are:

Romance Book Blog

Fantasy Book Blog

Historical Fiction Book Blog

I just created these blogs and am having a great time with them! I hope you'll check them out if you're interested and read the very first posts!

And with that, I'm going to go and put away groceries and settle in for the night. I hope you're all doing splendidly and have a wonderful night!

Alette
